Founded by Irina Lazareanu and Caroline Nitsch, Le Regard was born from a shared conviction that luxury only resonates when it reconnects to what makes it meaningful. Artistry, symbolism, emotion, and the power of lived experience.

Irina brings 20 years across the full spectrum of fashion as a top model, songwriter, stylist, and artistic director, always guided by the same question: how do you make someone truly feel something?

Caroline brings two decades of art direction and design shaped by the early days of NET-A-PORTER and senior roles at Harrods, Canada Goose, and DeepMind.

Working together since 2024, they lead a considered network of creatives chosen not just for their talent but for how they work. Respect and kindness are the foundation of everything they do.

Irina Lazareanu

A top model, songwriter, stylist, and artistic director, Irina has spent over 20 years collaborating with artists, designers, and international couture houses across fashion, music, and image-making. At the heart of her work is a commitment to storytelling: finding the most resonant ways to express emotion and forge genuine connections with an audience.

Caroline Nitsch

Described as a "digital unicorn," Caroline bridges creative direction, design, and emerging technology with rare fluency, moving between concept, UX, AI-powered production stemming all the way from her days at Google Deepmind, and brand architecture. Her work pairs aesthetic instinct with strategic clarity across luxury editorial, e-commerce, and brand systems. She is drawn to brands built not just to be beautiful, but to endure.

Pascal Loperena

Pascale Loperena is the founder of PLUS Management & Publicist, a Madrid-based service bureau operating internationally. With a pluridisciplinary background spanning politics, communication, art direction, photography, and writing, he approaches every collaboration with brands and talents alike through the lens of craft, dialogue, and co-creation.
He brings to Le Regard a rare combination of strategic instinct and creative range.

Anaïs Duquesne

Every meaningful story begins with intention. Anaïs is a journalist, co-author of Luxe Renaissance, and host of the podcast L'Essence du Beau. Drawn to the symbols, emotions, and narratives that give brands their depth and lasting resonance, she brings an editorial sensibility that sharpens the way Le Regard thinks about image, identity, and meaning.
